To ensure that the right people have access to the right documents, Muftar allows administrators to set document permissions based on user roles.
Navigate to Document Settings: For each document, access the settings to manage permissions.
Assign Role-Based Access: Assign access permissions to specific team members based on their role (e.g., managers, dispatchers, drivers).
Update Permissions as Needed: Permissions can be adjusted at any time if a user’s role changes.
Setting proper permissions helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures that only those who need the documents can view or edit them.
