Setting Document Permissions for Team Members in Muftar

To ensure that the right people have access to the right documents, Muftar allows administrators to set document permissions based on user roles.


How to Set Permissions:


  1. Navigate to Document Settings: For each document, access the settings to manage permissions.

  2. Assign Role-Based Access: Assign access permissions to specific team members based on their role (e.g., managers, dispatchers, drivers).

  3. Update Permissions as Needed: Permissions can be adjusted at any time if a user’s role changes.


Setting proper permissions helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures that only those who need the documents can view or edit them.
