Keeping updated on load statuses is essential for the logistics chain to operate smoothly. However, not all notifications are necessary for every role. Muftar allows users to customize their notification preferences based on their responsibilities.


Steps to Enable or Disable Load Notifications:


  1. Go to Notification Settings: In the Account Settings menu, find Notification Preferences.

  2. Load Updates Section: Under this section, toggle on/off notifications for load updates.

  3. Set Notification Frequency: You can select how often you want to be notified of load status changes—real-time, hourly, or daily summaries.

  4. Enable/Disable Specific Load Events: You can choose to receive notifications only for certain events like “Load Picked Up,” “Delayed,” or “Delivered.”


This customization helps reduce unnecessary alerts and ensures each user is only notified about the updates they care about.
