The Muftar messaging system is a crucial tool designed to streamline communication across various roles within the logistics chain, including drivers, dispatchers, fleet managers, and admin teams. By centralizing communications within the platform, the Muftar messaging system helps reduce email clutter and ensures timely responses to logistics tasks.
Steps to Use the Messaging System:Accessing Messages: From the dashboard, click the Messages icon to view your inbox.
Starting a New Conversation: Click New Message, select the recipient(s), such as dispatchers or drivers, and begin typing your message.
Replying to Messages: Click on any conversation in the inbox to reply directly. All replies are grouped, making it easy to follow the conversation thread.
Attachments: You can attach critical documents such as delivery receipts, Bill of Lading, or rate confirmations to specific messages.
Pin Important Conversations: Keep high-priority messages at the top of your inbox by pinning them for easy access.
