How to Pin Important Messages for Easy Access

Pinning important messages within the Muftar messaging system is a useful way to keep key conversations visible and accessible at all times.

1. Open the Messaging Inbox: Navigate to the messages section on your dashboard.

2. Select the Conversation: Find the conversation you want to pin and click the three dots (options menu) beside it.

3. Click “Pin”: Once pinned, the conversation will remain at the top of your inbox until you choose to unpin it.

Pinning messages ensures you never lose track of critical communications, especially when managing multiple shipments and team communications.
