Setting Up SMS and Email Alerts for Critical Events in Muftar

In logistics, missing a critical event such as a delay or a route change can be costly. Muftar allows users to set up both SMS and email alerts to ensure important events never go unnoticed.
Access Notification Preferences: In the account settings, navigate to Notification Preferences.
Choose Alert Types: Select SMS or Email notifications for specific events, such as shipment delays, delivery failures, or pickup updates.
Customize Alerts by Role: Dispatchers might need more frequent alerts than fleet managers, so you can customize alerts according to role and responsibility.
These SMS and email alerts ensure that users stay updated on critical events, even if they are not logged into the app.
