Muftar allows customers and logistics teams to provide feedback after each delivery, ensuring constant improvement in the quality of service.
Access Completed Deliveries: Navigate to the “Completed Shipments” section in the Muftar app or web portal.
Select Delivery for Feedback: Choose the delivery for which you’d like to leave feedback.
Rate the Delivery: You can rate the delivery on a scale (e.g., 1-5 stars) and provide additional comments.
Submit Feedback: After rating the delivery, click “Submit” to log your feedback.
Providing timely feedback helps logistics teams improve their operations and ensures that drivers are recognized or corrected based on performance.
