Muftar’s built-in chat feature allows customers to request support in real time. Whether they have questions about delivery status or need help with their orders, the chat system provides an easy way to connect with customer service.


How to Use the Chat Feature:


  1. Access the Chat: From the Muftar dashboard, click on the “Chat Support” icon.

  2. Start a Conversation: Type your inquiry, such as tracking a shipment or addressing a delivery issue.

  3. Real-Time Response: A support agent will respond through the chat interface, offering assistance and solutions in real time.

  4. Close or Escalate Requests: Once the issue is resolved, close the chat. For more complex issues, Muftar can escalate the request to a ticket.


This feature ensures that customer issues are addressed quickly, minimizing disruptions and providing a smoother user experience.
